This is in the memory of my son, Theodore Kenneth Odeen, who was born on September 29,1959 and passed away October 24, 2005. Even though we were far apart he had been and continues to be in my thoughts every day. The following is is memory of my son.
I'M FREE Don't grieve for me for now I'm free, I'm following the path God laid out for me. I took his hand when I heard him call, I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day, to love, to laugh, to work or play. Tasks left undone must stay that way, I found that peace at the end of the day. If parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, oh yes, these thing, I too will miss. Be not burdened with time of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life's been full, I savored much, good friends, good times, a loved one's touch. Lift up your head and share with me, God wanted me now ... He set me free.
Ted will be remembered by me, his father, Kenneth John Odeen, and by my wife Jenny Odeen, who reside in Middleton, Tennessee. He will also be remembered by his sister, Judith Maryland Odeen who resides in Bloomington, Minnesota. Also, he is remembered by his cousins Paul Horrigan, Beth Blum, Pam Fourniea, Jenny Hollenbeck, Sarah Orum, Duncan Kivell, Roxy Gebhard, and Becky Kivell.
